Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

2 cups sugar
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup cocoa
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/3 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
confectioner's sugar

Stir together sugar and oil; add cocoa. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract. Combine remaining dry ingredients; add to cocoa mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours.

Roll dough into 1" balls. Roll in confectioner's sugar and bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
