Smoked Sausage Dish

1 smoked sausage or kielbasa
4 potatoes
2 onions
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut all into 1" chunks. Put small amount of oil in a deep frying pan, add ingredients and approximately 1/8 to 1/4 cup water. Cover. Cook until done and browned, adding water to make steam if necessary. Stir occasionally so that it browns nicely.
