Sesame Chicken

1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp dark sesame oil
2 T. toasted sesame seeds
1/3 cup chopped fresh chives

Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dredge chicken in flour mixture and shake off excess.

Spray skillet with Pam. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes on highvuntil no longer pink. Transfer to a plate.

Reduce heat to medium. Combine soy sauce and sugar in skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves. Stir in oil and sesame seeds. Add chicken and chives. Toss.

Serve over rice.
