Lemon Squares

1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar

Mix together, press in bottom and about 1/2 inch up the sides of an 8x8 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp grated lemon zest
2 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Beat until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Pour over baked layer. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
