Bill Dorey's Danish

2 rolls of crescent roll dough
2 8 oz packages Cream Cheese
2 eggs, separated
1 cup sugar
Dried sweetened cranberries
cinnamon sugar, to taste
sliced almonds

Spread out 1 roll of dough in baking dish. Mix together cream cheese, sugar and egg yolks, whipping until fluffy. Spread over dough in dish. Sprinkle with cranberries. Place 2nd roll of dough over top, pressing down around edges. Whip egg whites lightly, and brush on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and scatter with alonds. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.

So easy, and so good!
