Pesto

2 cups fresh basil leaves, firmly packed
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
2/3 cup olive oil

Place all ingredients except oil in food processor or blender and process until finely chopped. With processor still running, pour oil in slowly.

Store in refrigerator.
