Cheddar Beer Cheese Spread

4 cups grated sharp cheddar, room temperature (16 oz.)
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/3 cup flat beer

Place all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve at room temperature with crackers.
