Brownies

1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
2 oz. chocolate chips (1/3 cup) plus another 1/4 cup
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Melt butter and 2 oz chocolate in medium pan over low heat. Remove from heat, stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla. LIGHTLY stir mixture just until combined. Stir in flour and nuts. Spread in 8x8 greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
