The Boulet Killer Chocolate Cheesecake

2 cups of crushed chocolate graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup melted butter

1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup melted butter
3 packages cream cheese, softened (8 oz packages)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract

Stir together graham crumbs and butter. Press onto bottom and sides of 9" spring form pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

Stir together coca and butter. Beat cheese until fluffy; beat in cocoa mixture. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract. Pour mixture into crust and bake for approximately 40-50 minutes at 350 degrees, until set. Pour glaze (below) over top.

Glaze: Melt 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips with 1 cup whipping cream and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Stir until smooth. Use immediately.
