3 eggs
1/3 cup melted butter
2 T lemon juice
1/2 cup water
1 20-oz can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
Beat eggs slightly. Add butter, lemon juice and water. Blend on low. Add sugar, flour and salt; beat until smooth. Fold in pineapple. Pour into pie shell. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool on wire rack.
