Baked Ziti

1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 lb. box ziti
1 lb. hamburger
15 oz. container of ricotta
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1/4 cup parsley flakes
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
12 oz. shredded mozzarella

Cook hamburger and drain. Cook ziti to al dente and drain. Combine hamburger with ricotta, parmesan, parsley, egg, salt and pepper, and half of the spaghetti sauce. Add ziti and toss to coat. Spoon into 9x13 pan, pour the rest of the spaghetti sauce over the top, and tip with mozzarella.

Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until hot and bubbly.
