Crab and Cream Cheese filling for puff pastry

6-8 oz. crabmeat
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 scallion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T lemon juice
2-3 drops Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4-1/2 tsp pepper
1 T chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried, crushed

Process all ingredients with a food processor until blended. Make triangle puffs with puff pastry and bake at 400 12-15 minutes until golden.
