1/2 cup grated parmesan
1 pkt. Italian Salad Dressing Mix
6 boneless chicken breast halves, sliced into strips
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Mix cheese, salad dressing mix and garlic. Moisten chicken with water and roll in mix. Place in baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Turn over and brown other side under broiler.
Low fat and low carb!
