Strawberry Nut Bread

1 bag (16 oz) frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
2 cups sugar
1 1/4 cups oil
4 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup chopped walnuts

Heat oven to 350 dgrees. Grease a 10x4 angel food pan. Slightly mash strawberries and set aside. Mix sugar and oil in a large bowl. Stir in eggs until well blended, then mix in berries. Stir in remaining ingredients, except walnuts, until just moistened. Add walnuts; pour into pan.

Bake 60 to 70 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Loosen from sides of pan, transfer from pan to wire rack.

Cool completely before slicing.
