3/4 box fettuccini or linguini
1 stick butter
1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup light cream
1/4 lb capicola (hot ham), sliced thick
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cook pasta, drain and set aside. Heat butter, parmesan and cream until smooth. Add linguini.
Cube ham and "frizzle" in frying pan. Sprinkle atop pasta.
