Judd's Cole Slaw

1 head red or green cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, julienned
2 chayote squash, julienned

Dressing:

2 T. fresh chopped dill
2 T. whole grain mustard
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
2 T. red wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Combine dressing ingredients and toss with vegetables. This is the BEST cole slaw I've ever tasted.
